At least 102 provincial employees will receive a token as Loyalty Awardees for this year, in line with the celebration of the Civil Service Month this September by virtue of the Presidential Proclamation No. 1050, series of 1997.
Supervising Administrative Officer Lea Arboleda said the giving of the tokens which is supposedly set this month will be given in October as their office is still figuring out how the awarding will be conducted as the mass gathering is still prohibited.
She added, the number of awardees is composed of 49 female employees and 53 male employees.
Each awardee will receive the following token and service pin depending on their milestone year starting 10 years to 40 years in service.
Here is the summary of the number of awardees;
10 years – wristwatch and bronze service pin worth Php4,500, 26 awardees
15 years- cellphone and bronze service pins worth Php5,500, 19 awardees
20 years- gold (10k) ring plus silver service pin worth Php7,000, 19 awardees
25 years – gold (10k) ring plus silver service pin worth Php9,000, 18 awardees
30 years – gold (14k) necklace with pendant plus gold service pin worth Php11,500, 2 awardees
35 years – gold (14k) necklace with pendant plus gold service pin worth Php15,000,15 awardees
40 years- gold (18k) ring plus gold service pin worth Php18,500, 3 awardees
This year’s celebration is observed with the theme: “Philippine Civil Service @120: Public Sector in the Age of Digital Transformation”.
