The province of South Cotabato is all set for this year’s 55th Foundation Anniversary and 22nd Tnalak Festival to be held on July 16-18, 2021.
Senior Tourism Officer Argie Ryan Asaria said, amid the pandemic, the South Cotabato spirit will still celebrate the festivities in a “new normal” way.

This year’s events will include the following:
July 16 – 10am-12 nn – Interfaith Thanksgiving celebration
12 nn – 1pm – Tama at Maayos na Serbisyo ni Governor Tamayo
Tnalak Throwback events:
July 16 – 6pm onwards Mutya ng South Cotabato 2019 throwback
July 17 – 10 am -12 nn Cheerdance Competition and Hiphop Competition

Asaria said, the three-day event will focus on virtual presentations and it will be shown at the following Facebook pages of the province: The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, Tnalak Festival, and the Land of the Dreamweavers.

He assures that when things get better, the people can still enjoy the thrill and excitement we once enjoyed with the celebration of the Tnalak fest, considered as one of the most colorful and grandest festivals in the region.
