LAKE SEBU, SOUTH COTABATO – Festive Drumbeats, colorful ethnic attires, and the widest smiles filled the celebration of the 28th Helobung Festival.

The Municipality of Lake Sebu successfully celebrated its rich culture and vibrant tapestry through this festival, themed Lake Sebu: Home of the Living Treasures.

The three-day celebration featured Manlilikha ng Bayan awardees, who brought significant honor and recognition to Lake Sebu South Cotabato and the entire nation.

The Lake Sebu Senior Tourism Operations Officer Jennifer Tupas continues to promote cultural tourism in its town, which remains the top tourist destination in South Cotabato.
