Some 430 foreigners trooped to South Cotabato for the month ofMay, the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Museum (ACTM) Unit reported.
Richie Matunding, ACTMU Statistician disclosed that Americans top the list of foreign visitors numbering at 156. Some of the said visitors are married to locals in the area.
This is followed by visitors coming from China 86, South Korea 50, Australia 34, Canada 29, Thailand 26, Denmark 16, India 10, Turkey 10, Ireland 5, Ukraine 3, Saint Barthelemey 2.
The foreign visitors are either Same Day Tourists or Overnight Guests in the province.
