Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) on their recent accomplishment established integrity in giving quality supply and Property Management Services. PGSO. With its objective to deliver prompt and adequate procurement of goods and services as well as the complete inventory and maintenance of properties of PGSC, PGSO demonstrates utmost commitment to its mandate. In record, the Property Division already submitted the report on the Physical Count of PPE (RPCPPE) and Physical Count of Semi-Expandable Property (RPCSP) to COA and PACCO. Moreover, PGSO was also rated with a high compliance rating for their reports required by PHRMO for 2023.
PGSO shows constant innovation by establishing Water Refilling services that are open 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. As of Jan. 15, 2024, their Water Sample passed Microbiological Analysis of South Cotabato Provincial Hospital. It is quarterly scheduled for analysis and operates monthly cleaning of water pump to secure the safety and potability of water for the consumption of everyone.
Significantly, the office produced a personal made bottled water for the distribution to the offices of PGSC. PGSO Officer-In-Charge Ms. Anna Rose Z. Kasan proudly stated that “May sariling bottled water ang province na makikita talaga ang seal ng probinsya in the future pwedeng ibenta na chinicheck ng COA at PACCO. In reference to the transparency of the office, she stated that “Lahat ng asset na nakabook kay PACCO it should be naka present sa inventory ng PGSC, it means lahat nag binibili ni PGSO ay existing”.
