Some 13 Job Order employees of the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Museum (ACTM) Development and Promotions Unit underwent a one-day Orientation for Job Order Employees spearheaded by the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) of the Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO) headed by Alex Basco.
ACTM Chief Argie Ryan Asaria in his message said that there is aneed for Job Order employees to undergo orientation as new entrants in government service and related it to his experience when he was first employed as a Job Order until he became a regular employee in the provincial government; first, as an Administrative Aide then appointed as a Tourism Operations Officer, I until his present appointment as Senior Tourism Operations Officer.
The topics and their discussants during the orientation were as follows; Official Working Hours and Office Attendance – Kristine Mae de Pedro; Values Integration and Enhancement – Rendell Acosta; Performance Evaluation Survey / Performance Appraisal Survey – Julie Serilo.
Though no formal open forum was set during the orientation, the participants were free to shoot questions during topic discussions of the 3 Resource Speakers.
