125 provincial capitol employees receive loyalty tokens

Koronadal City— In celebration of the 122nd Civil Service Anniversary,  the Provincial Government of South Cotabato recognized the 125 employees who have been in government service for more than 10 years.

Through the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE), the employees received loyalty tokens like wristwatch, gold necklace, and gold ring with service pins, depending on the number of years.

There are 24 employees who are 10 years in service; 31 are now 15 years; 10 are 20 years; 19 are 25 years; 28 are 30 years; three are 35 years; eight are 40 years; and two are 45 years.

Gov. Reynaldo Tamayo, Jr., who is one of the awardees, expressed his congratulations to the awardees who have surpassed the changes of political leadership by choosing to serve the public.

“I am thankful that you wake up and go to office everyday with a happy heart,” he said.

The conduct of the annual Loyalty Awarding Ceremony is in celebration of the Civil Service Month every September.
