7-Falls Resort in the municipality of Lake Sebu is still the most favorite tourist destination among domestic and foreign visitors in the province in 2020, the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Museum (ACTM) Development and Promotions Unit reported.
The top 5 favorite tourist destinations are all from Lake Sebu with 7-Falls registering 53,306 tourists, followed by Divine Mercy Shrine (38,850), Punta Isla Lake Resort (25,504), Dreamweavers Hill (24,649) and Sunrise Garden Lake Resort (19,457).
Meanwhile Fortune Field Resort in the town of Banga which is famous for its “hito” (catfish) delicacy, registered 6th with 11,656 tourists.
Other favorite destinations were found in Tupi town led by Magsagyaw Peak visited by 9,660 tourists, Blooming Petals (9,520), Eden Flower Garden (9,028), Shell Rock Resort (7,968), Tuburan Mountain View (6,671), Yolanda Garden Farm Resort (6,399) and K John Owen Resort (5,764), Sweet Water Garden Resort (5,670).
Lake Holon located in Mt. Melibingoy in T’boli town which is also one of the top choices among tourists did not submit their tourist arrivals to ACTM since they were on a lockdown last year.
