Eng’g Office completes P59-M projects in 4 months; On-going projects total P314-M

South Cotabato Provincial Engineering Office (PEO) completed P59,147,967.63 infrastructure projects province-wide from January to April this year, as per report submitted by PEO.

The infrastructure projects which totaled 31 consisted of horizontal structures such as road concreting to include Farm-to-Market Road rehabilitation, expansion of bridge and upgrading of box culvert, construction and installation of lined canal, construction of multi-purpose drying pavement and fabrication and installation of play ground.

Likewise, implemented vertical structures consisted of construction of multi-purpose buildings and 2-classroom buildings, construction of gym, mini-gym and bleacher and refurbishing and improvement of Barangay Health Station.

To better serve the public, improvements were also made in the provincial government offices of the Provincial Assessor’s Office and Inspectorate Unit and facilities such as installation of Local Area Network Cabling at the SP Session Hall (3rd floor, Finance Building), construction and installation of lamp posts at UP-School of Health Sciences, Koronadal City Campus, reconstruction of the back part of the Norala District Hospital Perimeter Fence and repair of South Cotabato Sports Complex Perimeter Fence and Water Supply to Swimming Pool.

PEO also provided labor payment for the construction of two Wildlife Restitution Centers located at Purok Bagong Silang, Linan, Tupi and Susong Dalaga, Bgy. Lambayong, Tampakan, respectively.

On-going projects province-wide as of May this year totaled P314,197,805.50, the PEO reported.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
