T’boli local government unit (LGU) of South Cotabato recently submitted their published book on Cultural Mapping to the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Museum Unit (ACTMU).
Tourism Operations Officer II Indira Cagaanan, Arts & Culture Coordinator received the book on behalf of ACTMU. It was completed after almost 4 years due to the pandemic.
T’boli LGU submitted 3 books of which the distribution were 1 copy each for the LGU, ACTMU and the National Commission for Culture and The Arts (NCCA) based in Metro Manila.
The list of cultural properties initially contained 36 icons categorized as Natural, Tangible, Intangible and Personalities.
Cagaanan personally handed over the book to NCCA during their attendance in the annual Philippine Travel Mart (PTM) held at SMX Halls, Mall of Asia, Pasay City last September 1-3.
