CITY OF KORONADAL — The Municipality of Norala won the Environmental Quiz Bee conducted during the 7th South Cotabato Recyclable Waste Fair last November 18 held at the SOuth Cotabato Gymnasium & Cultural Center (SCGCC) here.
Norala won the cash incentive of P8,000 as first place winner followed by Tampakan (Second Place – P5,500) and Surallah (Third Place – P3,500). Non-winners received a consolation prize of P1,000 each.
Five (5) bagay officials per LGU for a total of 55 participants comprising the 11 component LGUs of South Cotabato participated in the Quiz Bee.

Meanwhile, LGU Surallah walso on First Place on the Recycled/Uncycled Products Exhibit Contest also held at the SCGCC here. Winning Second Place is Tupi (P5,500) Nwhile Third Place (P3,500) is Banga. LGUs Norala, Tampakan, Tantangan and Tboli received a consolation prize of P2,000 each.
