The municipality of Norala successfully conducted its 13th Kamayadan Festival which coincided with its 67th Emancipation and 79th Foundation Anniversary celebration with the theme: Magsinadya, Maghugpong kag Maghiliusa nga may Paghigugma para sa Padayon nga Paglambo sang Mayad nga Norala.
