Thirty-nine (39) infrastructure projects worth P57,222,066.19 are up for bidding to interested contractors, in a report published on June 17 by the Provincial Engineers Office (PEO).
The list of projects for bidding include 3 major road projects; the concreting of T’boli – Laconon road in T’boli (P10,000,000.00) and junction Surallah – Lamian Road in Surallah (P5,000,000.00) and rehabilitation of Albagan road in Tampakan (P5,000,000.00).
Likewise, Upper Valley Community Hospital in Surallah, a priority project of the provincial government, was budgeted P4.2 million for electrical works particularly the installation of main feeder line going to the hospital’s powerhouse.
Other projects include the construction of school stage in Brgys. New Cuyapo, Tinongkop and Bukay Pait in Tantangan, San Vicente National High School and Brgy. Improgo in Banga and Brgy. Dumaguil in Norala, worth P5,520,000.00.
Similarly, the gym and school stage of 3 schools, namely: Koronadal Central Elementary School I in Koronadal City, Sto. Nino National High school in Sto. Nino and Lamian National High School in Surallah will be constructed or completed with a budget cost of P6,470,000.00.
The same number of gym and school stage likewise will be completed in Brgys. Malugong and Talcon in T’boli and Brgy. Palian in Tupi worth P3,400,000.00.
Likewise, two mini-gyms in Brgy. Tasiman, Lake Sebu and T’boli National High School in T’boli will also constructed worth P8,200,000.00.
Multi-purpose pavement will be constructed also in Sitio Lamtabong-bong, Brgy. Lambingi and Sitio Paraiso, Brgy. Cinco in the town of Banga; Sitio Tuburan, Brgy, Ned, Lake Sebu; Sitio Pag-asa, Brgy. Simsiman in Norala; Prk. 5, Brgy. Centrala, Surallah; Prk. 3, Brgy. Palo 19 Proper, Tampakan; Prk. Paghidaet, Brgy. Paraiso, Tantangn; Sitio New Leyte, Brgy. Topland, Koronadal City.
It has a total project cost of P3,375,000.00.
Aside from construction or completion of projects, repair and maintenance of Barangay Health Stations with P868,000.00 budget will also be done in Brgy. San Jose, Banga, Brgy. Luhib, Lake Sebu, Brgy. Esperanza, Norala, Brgys. Bentung Sulit and Sulit, Polomolok, Brgy. Ambalgan, Sto. Nino and Brgy. San Isidro, Tampakan.
Norala District Hospital’s supply office and 2 patients ward rooms will be refurbished with a budget of P700,000.00 while Polomolok Municipal Hospital’s perimeter fence will be completed with a budget of P689,066.19.
The Minahang Bayan Center of the Provincial Environment Management Office in T’boli will be constructed this year with P1 million budget.
Liwanay potable water system in Banga was also budgeted P2,800,000.00 for its completion.
Source of funds of PEO’s development projects come from Local Development Fund, Supplemental Budget Number 2 and regular budget appropriation for calendar year 2014.
