KORONADAL CITY, SOUTH COTABATO- The Provincial Government of South Cotabato through the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) extends partial emergency assistance to at least 43 families in Koronadal due to the massive flash flood and landslide incidents happen earlier this week.
The PDRRMO gives 5 sacks of rice and also provides heavy equipment such as backhoe and bob cut necessary for road clearing.
As of the incident report submitted by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) of the City of Koronadal there are 214 families affected by this event especially in the barangay of Assumption (46 families), San Isidro (97 families) Zone III (38 families), and GPS (33 households).
As of now on-going interventions and additional assistance are being prepared by the Provincial Government to help the affected families.
