its another triumphant day for the Senior leaguers of South Cotabato at Tupi Central Elementary School on Sunday when they successfully toppled down the team of Maitum, Sarangani to win the championship for the 2019 Little League Philippines Series Mindanao Qualifiers for Senior League Baseball.
Maitum Sarangani settled for the First Runner-Up placement while Kidapawan City ended Second Runner-Up.
Team South Cotabato who emerged as the 2018 Batang Pinoy Champion and First Runner-up during the Philippine Little Series last year bested 27 other teams all over Mindanao.
South Cotabato will see action with other qualified teams from Luzon and Visayas during the National Finals to be held on May 19-26 in Koronadal City.
Meanwhile, South Cotabato also emerged Second Runner-Up for the Major League Baseball with Maitum, Sarangani as the Champion and Mawab as the First Runner-Up
For the Senior League Softball, the South Cotabato team also won Second Runner-Up, with Sarangani province as the Champion and Kidapawan City as First Runner-Up.
The Philippine league Series also announces the 21 team qualifiers from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
