South Cotabato Chorale, Family Rondalla ink contract renewal for 2nd SEM 2022

Seventeen (17) members of the South Corabato Chorale led by conductor Jeward Cardenas and twenty-two (22) members of the South Cotabato Family Rondalla under the baton of Charles Dumdum recently signed their renewal of contract of service with the provincial government in a simple ceremony staged at the South Cotabato Gym and Cultural Center.

Arts, Culture. Tourism and Museum (ACTM) Unit chief Senior Tourism Operations Officer Argie Ryan Asaria witnessed the contract signing.

Based on the contract, the first party (Provincial Government) shall provide the monthly cash incentive to the second parties (South Cotabato Chorale and South Cotabato Family Rondalla) for the period July – December 2022.

The second parties, in return, will provide services in the form of musical performances during regular activities and also other related activities hosted and conducted by the province.

Stipulated also  in the contract are the  compliance of the second parties through regular attendance during practice sessions, meetings set by ACTM, development trainings (virtual or face to face) and likewise adherence of the second parties to the first party policies, guidelines and  issuances from time to time.

Parents of members who are minors (below 18 years of age) were present during the signing ceremony to sign the contract document together with their children.
