Koronadal City, February 16, 2022 – In partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd), the Provincial Government of South Cotabato gave away tablets to more than 2000 student-recipients in response to the challenges of virtual learning.

A turnover ceremony was held at the South Cotabato Provincial Capitol Gym in order to formally hand over tablets to the beneficiaries’ representatives coming from the municipalities of Banga, Lake Sebu, Norala, Polomolok, Sto. Niño, Surallah, Tampakan, T’boli, Tupi, and Tantangan.

The latter thanked Gov. Tamayo for joining them in finding ways to improve online learning and for providing resources apart from the school gadgets to support the Free Education Program of the province.
